I’m so happy you’re here! I started this blog as a way to re-claim my sense of self after becoming a mom. Since childhood I’ve always had a love for learning and building, so naturally the DIY world was a perfect place for me. Getting my degree in fashion design armed me with the skills to create in all kinds of mediums; I’m so excited to share with you the projects I take on! And because I can never just do one thing, you’ll also find me sharing recipes, shopping guides, and some life updates too.
As a 90’s baby, I grew up on the cusp of the tech world. AIM and Myspace were *life* and I spent hours teaching myself HTML so I could have the best Myspace page ever. Keeping up with the constant influx of new social media channels and algorithm changes has really burnt me out, so while I’ve chosen to share parts of my life through this blog, you will not find me asking you to follow me on 7284 social networks. The thought of having to dance and point to imaginary text for likes honestly makes me tear up a little. The only other platform I use is Pinterest, which if we’re being technical is not even “social media”.
